I think by doing more of what I love, I’ll attract more happy surprises. I always overcook the fish.” Then I realized how too many times I will think a good thought but immediately replace it with a negative one. Almost like I need to knock myself down a few pegs from thinking I’m too great. I’m training myself to stay in that initial positive mind. 🍃New year.
