There are days when my coffee should be this big. When when I’m eating well, I don’t need it! Jk…I’ve had coffee every day since i was 12…slight exaggeration but close to the truth. Regardless, I like drinking coffee for the taste and ritual, not because I need the caffeine to stay awake! I bake all year long, of course. Sidenote: I hate the word “healthy.” It’s become so overused and blah sounding. What does it actually mean? “Healthy” is different for everyone! I wasn’t exactly sure how to classify these picks. Feel-good? Fresh? Clean? Ugh, how about just good-for-you?

I’m selective when it comes to these things because I’m made so many different desserts. Here’s what’s on my list! Top 5 healthy picks.
Omg, have you seen these? Holy, sea salt. I think this will be my first choice to make. I’m a total sucker for sweet and salty.
Classic Apple Pie (Autoimmune Paleo)
I’m going to finally perfect pies. Starting with this one.
I love this site for clean recipes! Pumpkin is the ultimate autumn flavor and I don’t care one bit if i’m #basic.
Maple Pecan Glaze (Dairy-Free)
I’m going to drizzle this on some muffins…and some zucchini bread…and oatmeal…and probably eat it by the spoonful if it’s half as great as it looks.
I love crumbly, streusel topping but don’t love all that bleached, refined sugar. This is golden!
